Prepare your support assignment.
Choose the event that matches your project to view the assignment and submit a booking enquiry.
Describe the furniture's place in your project
Prepare the relevant drawings, available dimensions and circulation space around the furniture. Specify the users, frequency of use and maintenance expectations. An armchair for a bedroom, a restaurant seat and a waiting room chair are not selected against the same criteria.
Inspiration images are more useful with captions: the desired shape, a finishing detail, preferred material or overall feel. This approach allows an adaptation to be discussed without implying that every visible detail is already defined.
Prepare a comparison of materials
A commercial description is not enough to retain a finish reference. Record the substrate, coating and stated characteristics. Ask how colours or textures can be identified on a sample and referenced again during supplier enquiries.
At the stand, distinguish surface observations from points requiring confirmation. Assembly, concealed parts, accessories and repairs can be discussed. Record answers that will need to be checked against a drawing or technical data sheet.
Plan arrival at the furnished premises
Furniture delivery is prepared from the point when the model is defined. Specify access, clearance dimensions and how the product will be installed. An assembled model and one requiring assembly call for different packing information and instructions.
Add what is needed for receipt: carton identification, surface protection and parts to inspect. These questions help compare proposals covering a genuinely usable package, beyond the individual object on display.
Choose your meeting period
The organiser announces two periods for CIFF Guangzhou 2027: 18 to 21 March and 28 to 31 March. Match your search to the areas covered in the official programme before choosing meetings.
Visit availability and support arrangements are reviewed separately from the fair's calendar. Specify your furniture categories and the stages you want to pursue after the meetings, including sample requests.
Keep a reasoned selection
After the visit, each selected model is recorded with its reference, contact, adaptations considered and documents still awaited. Reasons for rejecting options remain useful: they prevent an option that failed a project constraint from being shortlisted again.
Maison Brach works through this selection with your business, then organises the supplier enquiry and agreed approvals. The aesthetic choice remains connected to the product's characteristics and final use.
Preparation questions
01Do I need a complete drawing before CIFF?
Even a partial drawing is useful if it helps establish locations and key dimensions. Undecided elements must be flagged to avoid requesting an adaptation based on an unstated assumption.
02Can finishes be compared in photographs?
Photographs help identify models and details. To settle a colour, texture or feel, prepare a request for an identified sample against the project's criteria.
03Does the visit automatically include a manufacturer inspection?
The assignment's scope is agreed with you. A meeting at a stand and manufacturer verification serve different objectives; the necessary support is organised according to the opportunities selected.
