Privacy
Your enquiries and your data.
Edition of 2 November 2026. This information concerns the form and browsing on the Maison Brach website.
Data controller
Manolo Stan Wilson Brach, a sole trader using the trading name Maison Brach, 15 Rue de la Breche, 34550 Bessan, France, is the data controller for enquiries. Contact: contact@maisonbrach.com.
Responding to your enquiry
Your name, email address and message are required to handle your request; without them, it cannot be sent. Your company and project stage help clarify your needs. A trade fair request also includes the fair, preferred dates and number of participants. This information is used to respond and assess the engagement. For a service you request for yourself, processing is based on precontractual steps taken at your request. If you represent a company or ask another professional question, it is based on the legitimate interest of Maison Brach in managing these exchanges.
Recipients and hosting
The request, its receipt date, language and originating page are recorded in a private area on the Maison Brach server, hosted in France by OVHcloud. Access is limited to Manolo Brach and persons authorised to administer the service on his behalf. No email is sent automatically and no record is created in a third-party commercial tool. The form does not forward the file to an operational partner. Any further sharing useful to an engagement is agreed with you during subsequent discussions.
Retention of correspondence
Requests recorded through this form are kept for 90 days from receipt, then automatically deleted from the intake service. You may request earlier deletion when their retention is no longer necessary. If an engagement begins, contractual documents and correspondence relating to its performance are retained for periods appropriate to their purposes and the applicable obligations.
Browsing and security
No advertising tool is enabled. Fonts and media are served from the website. For security and diagnostics, the server keeps technical logs without form contents or URL search parameters. These logs are rotated daily, with the fourteen most recent archives retained. Abuse protection temporarily uses a fingerprint of the network address, with a fifteen-minute monitoring window; this is not added to the recorded request.
Browsing and audience measurement
If you accept statistics, Google Tag Manager may load Google Analytics to measure pages viewed and requests successfully submitted. This processing is based on your consent. No Google measurement service is loaded before you agree; refusing does not prevent browsing or using the form. You can withdraw your consent through “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page. Your choice is remembered for 180 days and measurement cookies are limited to 180 days. Form fields are not sent to Google. Technical identifiers and browsing data may be processed by Google, including outside the European Economic Area. Information: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=fr and https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks?hl=fr.
WhatsApp and documents
The WhatsApp link opens an external service whose terms and privacy policy apply. Information entered in the form is not automatically copied there. Describe your project without passwords, bank details or identity documents; a channel for sharing confidential documents will be agreed separately.
Exercising your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or restriction of its use, through the website form, at contact@maisonbrach.com or by post to Manolo Stan Wilson Brach, Maison Brach, 15 Rue de la Breche, 34550 Bessan, France. The right to object and the right to data portability apply under the conditions set out in the applicable regulations. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at https://www.cnil.fr/.
