Your questions
Define the scope of our support.
Answers about our support, how follow-up is organised and what you need to get started.
01Which areas do you mainly work in?
We mainly work in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan and Foshan, as well as at the Yiwu wholesale market. Your support connects meeting preparation, on-site comparisons and follow-up on requests after the visit. The Yiwu wholesale market can be visited throughout the year according to its opening schedule; it is separate from the Yiwu Commodities Fair.
02When should I contact Maison Brach?
As soon as a product or import requirement needs to be defined. An early-stage idea, an existing product reference or a supplier enquiry already underway can all provide a starting point.
03Does Maison Brach follow the project after initial scoping?
Yes. Maison Brach remains your point of contact and follows the stages included in the assignment: searching, manufacturer discussions, samples, production and import preparation according to your project.
04How is project follow-up organised?
Discussions, product references and approvals are centralised. We track open points and present information requiring a decision or action.
05Which documents should I prepare for a first discussion?
A description of intended use, available visual or technical references, proposed variants and target markets. Information still unknown can be listed as questions.
06How are technical and compliance questions handled?
We identify the necessary documents and checks, organise their review and follow up points requiring clarification. Conclusions remain linked to the product and the scope actually examined.
07Can I start with only a reference product?
Yes. The first step is then to distinguish what is visible on the reference product from characteristics needing definition or verification.
08How can I share confidential product specifications?
First present the nature of the project and documents available. Terms and the channel for sharing sensitive documents are defined before they are sent.
